You may download and install the Oxigen screensaver software from Oxigen.net without providing any personal identification information to Oxigen.
To install the Oxigen screensaver software you must provide your country and state/region of residence, your year of birth and gender.
The Oxigen screensaver software reports to Oxigen.net the number of times each image is displayed by the screensaver software and the number of times a user clicks on each image to launch a browser and the URL accessed via the browser.
To create your own channel on Oxigen.net you must provide an organisation or personal name, a full postal address, a valid e-mail address, a unique user name and password, a channel name, a channel description, channel tags (together the “channel details”).
To contribute to a channel on Oxigen.net you must provide a valid e-mail address, a unique user name and password.

Oxigen may use the information you provide about your country and state/region of residence to comply with local law in your country or state/region of residence or the law of England.
Oxigen may use your year of birth to ensure that you do not receive content unsuitable for minors.
Oxigen may use your country and state/region of residence, your year of birth and gender in aggregate form with the data of other users to profile the current and historic audience of a channel.
Oxigen may use the image display and clicks reported by the Oxigen screensaver software in aggregate form with the data of other users to profile the exposure of and response to a channel.
Oxigen may use the information you provide when you create or contribute to a channel to ensure compliance with Oxigen’s Terms or Conduct Guidelines or local law in your country or state/region of residence or the law of England.

Oxigen may share with channel owners a profile of the current and historic audience and exposure of and response to their channel that includes in aggregate form with the data of other users your country and state/region of residence, your year of birth and gender, the images displayed on your screensaver and clicks upon your screensaver (“channel profile”). As Oxigen does not collect any personal identification information from users who download and install the Oxigen screensaver software the channel profile cannot and will not include any personal identification information.
Oxigen may share with advertisers the channel profile of a single channel or in aggregate form the channel profile of multiple channels.
Channel owners can chose whether or not users should see on Oxigen.net the channel details provided by the channel owner.
Oxigen does not disclose the postal address of channel owners or the personal name or e-mail address of channel owners or contributors to any third parties except where required by law.
Oxigen makes reasonable endeavours to ensure the security of personal information provided by channel owners and contributors and the integrity of content uploaded by channel owners and contributors. Oxigen does not guarantee that personal information and content may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our security procedures.

You can download the Oxigen screensaver software from other websites owned and maintained by third parties. These third parties may require you to provide personal identification information before you can download the Oxigen screensaver software. Oxigen does not control the information collected by these third parties, how it is used and when and to whom it is disclosed.
